President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a decree according to which Djumaliev Muktar Kabylbekovich was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium.
