Consular registration

In accordance with Article 49 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On External Migration”, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who leave the Kyrgyz Republic for more than three months should be registered at a diplomatic mission or consular office of the Kyrgyz Republic in the state of entry within 15 days.

The Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Dubai reminds the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of the need for consular registration and informs that the consular registration aims to create a list of Kyrgyz citizens in the UAE to observe constitutional rights (participation in elections), protect the rights and interests of Kyrgyz citizens in the host country (in case of loss of documents, to assist in the recovery of documents), etc.

Registration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic
For consular registration, the following documents should be submitted to the Consulate General:
1. Application of the established form;

2. The completed registration card of the established form;

3. A civil passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (international passport) with a valid visa of the country of stay, a civil passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID card) and their copies (required);

4. Two photos of 3x4 cm;

5. Students should provide a copy of the student card and indicate the duration of their studies in the application form of the registration card.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you have a certificate of biometric registration or the submitting of biometric data at the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic, the registration will be free of charge.
