On January 16, 2024, Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic Timur Abdijalil, at the invitation of the UAE Diplomatic Academy named after Anwar Gargash, took part in the dialogue “Shaping the Future: The Role of UAE Humanitarian Diplomacy in Solving Global Challenges.”

During this session, the Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic had a conversation with the Chairman of the UAE Sustainable Humanitarian Organization “DIHAD”, Amb. Dr. HE Abdusalam Al-Madani, during which an agreement was reached on the implementation of humanitarian diplomacy projects in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2024.

At the discussion session, speeches were heard from the Deputy Director General of the UAE Diplomatic Academy named after Anwar Gargash, Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Zahri, the Executive Director of the International Humanitarian City in Dubai, Mr. Jusepo Saba, the Permanent Representative of the International Renewable Energy Agency "IRENA", the Ambassador of Switzerland to the UAE and the Kingdom of Bahrain HE Ars Matli, who outlined the UAE's key role in addressing multifaceted global challenges with sustainable humanitarian diplomacy approach.
