On September 8, 2022, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany O.Tekebaev met with the Director of the Department of European and International Employment and Social Policy of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Carsten Stender.

During the meeting, issues of employment of qualified personnel from Kyrgyzstan in Germany were discussed.

Ambassador O.Tekebaev noted the importance of systemic and long-term cooperation on organized employment and said that for this purpose, in the near future, it is planned to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Employment Agency of Germany in Bishkek.

Carsten Stender reported on the efforts of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Germany to attract personnel from other countries to Germany and expressed readiness for further cooperation with Kyrgyzstan on the employment of qualified personnel in Germany.
