Kyrgyz-Iranian cooperation is growing in the cultural and humanitarian fields, aimed at strengthening friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation. Kyrgyz and Iranian athletes, wrestlers, climbers, football players, chess players regularly visit each other to participate in international competitions. The Iranian traditional sports team successfully performed in all three World Nomad Games at Issyk-Kul Lake. Tourist links are developing between the two countries.
