The Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul informs that the Turkish side will not apply any migration penalties or fines when leaving Turkey to foreign nationals, including citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, who have overstayed the visa regime or their residence permits expired due to cancellation of international flights upon the Coronavirus «COVID-19» pandemic.

These measures will remain until resumption of regular international flights and normalization of the coronavirus situation in Turkey.
