On December 22, 2021, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Mr. Adil Karaismailoglu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues on the agenda of bilateral cooperation and attracting investments in projects of Kyrgyzstan in the field of public-private partnership. Ambassador Omuraliev invited the Turkish side to take part in projects on the construction of a bypass road in Bishkek, an alternative tunnel on the Bishkek-Osh highway and reconstruction of the Issyk-Kul airport, etc.

Minister Karaismailoglu expressed readiness for cooperation and noted that he will recommend Turkish companies to invest in projects in Kyrgyzstan.
