On June 24, 2022, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Türkiye Kubanychbek Omuraliev presented the investment opportunities of Kyrgyzstan during the plenary session on the topic: “Trade Opportunities on the Silk Road” in the Kultepe Economic Summit in Kayseri, organized by the Association of Entrepreneurs ASKON.

In his speech, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev informed about the conditions for doing business and the measures and conditions taken by the Cabinet of Ministers to attract foreign investment, called on investors to jointly implement projects in the field of hydropower, tourism, agriculture and other areas of mutual interest. After the speech was over, answers to questions of interest were provided and B2B meetings were held with the business community. At the same time, the Head of ASKON expressed interest in visit to Kyrgyzstan to exploring the conditions of opening an enterprise.

The Minister of Treasury and Finance of the Türkiye, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Türkiye, Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, Economic Advisors of the Embassies of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, the Governor and Mayor of Kayseri, as well as heads of companies and organizations from all corners of Türkiye took part and spoke in this event.
