On September 20, 2022, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Türkiye Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Minister of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Türkiye Derya Yanık.

During the meeting, issues of social security for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, especially women, engaged in labor activities, as well as the protection of children of citizens of Kyrgyzstan on the territory of the Republic of Türkiye, were discussed.

Ambassador Omuraliev expressed a request to pay special attention to the implementation of the Social Security Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye, signed on April 9, 2018 .

The sides discussed exchanging experts on social protection policy, family, women, children, the disabled and the elderly, wherefore agreed to create a working group of representatives of two relevant ministries of Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye.
