On July 6, 2021, in New York, the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the United Nations Mirgul Moldoisaeva took part in a plenary meeting of the UN General Assembly to Review the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy.

Mirgul Moldoisaeva in her speech emphasized that Kyrgyzstan firmly supports the effective implementation of the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, which is a unique global document aimed at strengthening national, regional and international efforts in combating terrorism.

In addition, the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UN stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation between the UN Member States within the framework of the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, including measures to strengthen the capacity of states to prevent and combat terrorism.
