In the period from November 22 to 26 this year. For the first time in the history of Kyrgyz-Saudi relations, Days of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic were held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Kyrgyz delegation of 36 people was headed by the Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic T. Kazakov.

The event was held in the framework of the Year of History and Culture declared by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as in honor of the 25th anniversary of independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
