On June 5, 2023, in Riyadh, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ulukbek Maripov met with the Attorney General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saud bin Abdullah bin Mubarak Al-Mujib.

Noting with satisfaction the high level and growing dynamics of Kyrgyz-Saudi relations in various fields, the parties discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the legal field and in the field of criminal justice. The parties paid special attention to the development of the legal framework and the establishment of direct contacts between the supervisory authorities of the two countries.

Based on the strengthening Kyrgyz-Saudi cooperation and taking into account mutual interest, the parties also discussed the conclusion of a relevant memorandum between the Prosecutor General's Offices of the two countries, which will contribute to the development and strengthening of their interaction.

Attorney General of Saudi Arabia noted the importance of interaction between the supervisory authorities of the two countries to discuss and resolve issues of cooperation, as well as the need to organize a mutual exchange of delegations.

In this regard, the parties agreed to maintain constant contact and further strengthen bilateral ties.

In conclusion, Ambassador U.Maripov invited Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib to visit the Kyrgyz Republic at a convenient time for him.
