Based on the results of the inventory of the contractual and legal framework of Kyrgyz-Tajik relations conducted on October 22-23, 2018 in Bishkek, 144 documents have been signed between the two states to date:

Interstate and intergovernmental international treaties - 50, of which:

 ▪ Active - 33;

 ▪ Expired and/or terminated - 10;

 ▪ Not effective - 7.

 Interdepartmental international treaties - 47 of them:

 ▪ Active - 36;

 ▪ Stopped action - 11.
