The head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Zheenbek Kulubaev, introduced the new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Aibek Moldogaziev, to the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mr. A.Moldogaziev has been in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic since 1995, has the diplomatic rank of "Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic", has passed all diplomatic levels, from attaché to director of the department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2009, he headed the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since August 2017, he has worked as the Minister Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UN in New York, since February 2021, Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

On February 10, 2022, Mr. A.Moldogaziev appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
