On September 7, 2020, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan M.Arstanbaev met with the Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for Central Asia Ambassador Sh.Tokuda.

Ambassador M.Arstanbaev thanked to Ambassador Sh.Tokuda for the warm welcome and congratulated on his appointment as the Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for Central Asia. He expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation for the benefit of the peoples of Kyrgyzstan and Japan.

Ambassador Sh.Tokuda, expressed gratitude for the congratulations and stressed the importance of efforts to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

During the meeting, the parties also discussed topical issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as the implementation of previously reached agreements.
