President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree according to which the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan Mr. Mirlan Arstanbaev was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Australia, New Zealand and the Republic of the Philippines concurrently with a residence in Tokyo.
