We hereby inform you that in accordance with the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Election of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic” dated 2^nd of July, 2011 № 68, the Central Commission on Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic determined 4^th of October, 2020 as the day of the election of deputies the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The diplomatic missions of the Kyrgyz Republic are currently working to form the composition of precinct election commissions abroad. In order to openly and impartially form the composition of the election commission, the Embassy decided to publish this information on the official website of the Embassy and the official pages of the Embassy on social networks.

The composition of the election commission, after its formation, will be sent to the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic for approval. The Commission will meet on October 4, 2020, tentatively from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. At the same time, we draw attention to the need for a permanent and continuous stay of commission members at the polling station throughout the entire voting process and vote counting. The most important condition for the formation of the composition of the commission is the need for members of the commission to have citizenship of Kyrgyzstan.

We inform you that on the territory of Japan for the citizens of Kyrgyzstan a polling station will be formed - in the building of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Tokyo.

Based on the foregoing, in order to form the composition of the election commission, the Embassy requests those wishing to send their candidatures to the Embassy’s email address (kgembassy.jp@mfa.gov.kg) by July 6, 2020 for selection and inclusion in the election commission (full name, year of birth, passport copy, address of residence).
