Kyrgyz citizens returned to Bishkek from Japan


On July 17, 2020, 25 citizens were returned from Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic, amid the suspension of international air traffic related to the spread of COVID-19.

Our citizens on regular flights arrived from Tokyo to Dubai and then on a charter flight of the «FlyDubai» airlines arrived at International Airport Manas.

In total, 159 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from USA, Canada, UK, Afghanistan, Egypt, Republic of Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Maldives and Bahrain returned to Bishkek on this flight.

Work on the search for possible routes for the return of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from Japan, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand is ongoing.
