In each of the regions of the country, it is necessary to accelerate the opening of workshops for sewing disposable medical masks and personal protective equipment. The Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Kubatbek Boronov stated this at a meeting of the Republican Operational Headquarters.

“To provide the population and medical workers with masks and personal protective equipment in the field, it is necessary to open workshops for their production. Regional leaders should accelerate work in this direction. At the same time, prices for such products should be affordable for fellow citizens", said the Head of Government.

Along with this, the Prime Minister instructed to speed up the work on providing each region with computed tomography devices.

“All regions should be provided with computed tomography devices. Plenipotentiary representatives in the regions are responsible for their delivery and prompt connection to work", said Kubatbek Boronov.

During the meeting, the measures taken by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to eliminate the shortage of medicines were discussed. The Ministry of Health has been instructed to monitor the issue of continuous provision of the regions with the necessary medicines.

At the same time, the relevant state bodies were instructed to pay special attention to strengthening disinfection work in public places, streets of cities and regions of the country.
