The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic has been instructed to pay special attention to post-coronavirus rehabilitation of the population. This was stated at a meeting of the Republican Operational Headquarters.

“The issue of the health of the nation is the primary issue of the state, it is the issue of national security. The problems that we and the whole world are facing today require a special approach. After an illness, an appropriate rehabilitation is required. I ask the Ministry of Health to work in this direction. District doctors need to control and monitor the condition of patients discharged from hospitals after treatment", said the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Kubatbek Boronov.

The Head of Government criticized the lack of work of local authorities to conduct door-to-door inspections and stressed the importance of strengthening this direction.

During the meeting, staff of relevant Government bodies requested to submit the action plan for vaccination against seasonal flu. 

Vice-Prime Minister charged to strengthen control over the work to purchase the necessary equipment and equipping new hospitals, as well as determining the personnel of medical institutions.
