On October 13, 2021, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Ulanbek Totuiaev met with the Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Asad Qaiser.

During conversation, the parties discussed issues of inter-parliamentary cooperation and exchange of visits, development of trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries.

The Ambassador U.Totuiaev noted the significant potential of the Kyrgyz-Pakistani inter-parliamentary cooperation, suggested the Pakistani side to more actively use the investment, trade, economic and transit opportunities of Kyrgyzstan to create joint ventures for the production and export of goods to the markets of Central Asia, EAEU and EU.
