We are attentively and worriedly following the latest events in brotherly Kazakhstan. The Kyrgyz Republic, based on the strong kindred ties of the two peoples and the allied relations of the two states, is sincerely interested in the stable socio-economic development and prosperity of Kazakhstan. Kyrgyzstan has always been and remains next to fraternal Kazakhstan and is ready to provide any possible support and assistance, as it has always been in the history of relations between our peoples.

We are confident that the wisdom and foresight inherent in the Kazakh people and the country's leadership will prevail, which will help maintain peace and harmony. We are convinced that this is possible only by combining all efforts and building a civilized dialogue within the legal framework. Today, more than ever, it is important to find a mutually acceptable solution and prevent further escalation of the situation.

Violence, lawlessness and provocations, as well as irresponsible calls for breach of laws will not lead to overcoming pressing problems, but will only worsen the situation of the common population. We sincerely wish peace, stability and unity to the brotherly people of Kazakhstan in the name of sustainable development of the country and the welfare of every citizen of Kazakhstan.

Expressing confidence that the neighboring republic is capable to resolve the current situation independently and without outside interference, and the Kyrgyz Republic, as an ally and strategic partner, once again confirms its readiness, if necessary, to provide comprehensive support to brotherly Kazakhstan.
