On January 21, 2023, a meeting was held in Berlin between Omurbek Tekebaev, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany and Anipa Usupkozhoeva, Director of the Kyrgyz-German Technical Institute at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.

During the meeting, issues of further expansion of cooperation between the Institute with German universities, including the Berlin Technical Institute, including through the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The importance of holding a conference of DAAD scholarship holders from Kyrgyzstan in Germany in 2023 in Berlin was also noted.

For reference: In partnership with the Berlin Technical Institute in 2004 at the Kyrgyz State Technical University. I. Razzakov, the Kyrgyz-German Technical Faculty was created, which in 2013 was transformed into the Kyrgyz-German Technical Institute at the above university. To date, the Kyrgyz-German Technical Institute and the Berlin Technical Institute are successfully cooperating in various technical specialties.
