Notarial acts in the form of execution of powers of attorney for legal actions in the Kyrgyz Republic on behalf of the applicant may be performed within the scope of its powers.
Notarial acts are performed only in the personal presence of the applicant and the following documents:
1. Written request indicating full name, residence address, telephone number, e-mail address. A sample is provided at the Embassy.
Original passport of KR citizen (ID-card) and general passport of KR of applicant;
3. Copies of passport of a citizen of KR (ID-card on both sides) of a proxy in KR;
4. Depending on the type of power of attorney additional documents are required (children's birth certificates, copies of passports of children, etc.).

Issuance of power of attorney:
1) for the right to use and dispose of motor vehicles - $10
2) for credit transactions - $10
3) For money and other valuables - $10

Fees for consular services are payable at the bank upon receipt of documents.
