Nuran Niyazaliev, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, State Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatarwithin the framework of the International high-level conference called “Central and South Asia: Regional connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities”

July 16, 2021, in Tashkent Nuran Niyazaliev, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with  Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, State Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatarwithin the framework of the International high-level conference called “Central and South Asia: Regional connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities”.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further development of Kyrgyz-Qatar bilateral relations in political, trade, economic, technical, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Special attention was paid to holding of the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as political consultations between two ministries of foreign affairs of two countries.

In addition, the issues of organizing visits at the highest and high levels in the near future were discussed.

First Deputy Minister N.Niyazaliev expressed gratitude to Qatari side for the humanitarian assistance provided to the Kyrgyz Republic in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic, as well as gratitude to the Charity Fund "Qatar Charity" for its assistance in the implementation of socially oriented projects in the country.
