Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with compatriots living in Malatya

On May 14, 2022, as part of a working trip to Malatya, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev held a meeting with compatriots living in the city.

During the meeting, Ambassador Omuraliev informed about the work carried out by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to protect the rights of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, focused on the following issues implemented in recent years: the Social Security Agreement between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Turkey, according to which citizens of the two countries, who work on a legal basis and pay insurance premiums, have the opportunity to receive pensions and benefits both in the territory of Kyrgyzstan and in Turkey, extension of the validity of the foreign passport of children from 3 to 5 years and etc. Ambassador also answered their questions.

Considering that the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic mostly living in the city are students of the İnönu University, Ambassador Omuraliev invited the Rector of the University Ahmet Kızılay to the meeting, who, in turn, assured that he would pay attention to students.
