Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Hungary with residence in Vienna Mr. Bakyt Dzhusupov participated in the informal meeting of the Information and Communications Technologies Ministers of the Member-States of the Turkic Council.

The event was initiated and organized jointly by the Government of Hungary and Turkic Council Secretariat in the margins of the ITU Telecom World in Budapest.

During the meeting Ambassador Dzhusupov informed participants about the measures taken by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and accomplishments in the field of ICT development and digital transformation of Kyrgyzstan that are included in the National Strategy on Sustainable Development of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2040, the governmental program “Trust. Unity. Creation” and plan to implement the Presidential decree “On announcing 2019 as year of regional development and state digitalization”.

The meeting participants discussed possible directions of cooperation in the field of digitalization among the Turkic Council Member-States.
