On March 23, 2021 Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Dusen Kaseinov congratulated Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev on the Nowruz holiday.

During his visit to the Embassy, Secretary General Mr. Kaseinov presented to Ambassador Mr. Omuraliev as a gift “Nevruz Tepsi” (plate with Nowruz holiday treat), which is a symbol of abundance and prosperity and includes sprouted grains of wheat, which reflect the common Turkic culture. He also noted that Nowruz is the only joint holiday of the Turkic world.

During the meeting, Secretary General Mr. Kaseinov also informed about the current work of the organization, including joint projects with the Kyrgyz Republic planned for 2021.

In turn, Ambassador Mr. Omuraliev mutually congratulated the Head of TURKSOY and noted that Nowruz is one of the ancient and revered holidays of our peoples. He also expressed hope that the planned joint projects will be successfully implemented.
