On September 17, 2019, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany Erines Otorbaev paid a working visit to the city of Wittenberg, located in the Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt (Germany).

Negotiations were held with the Mayor of Wittenberg, Torsten Zugheher, during which the opportunities and prospects for the development of trade and economic cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic, including the establishment of twinning relations, were discussed.

During the visit, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic E. Otorbaev visited the Tesvolt company, which manufactures electric batteries of various capacities for use in various fields, the Cardiology Clinic, one of the leading in Germany, as well as an agricultural cooperative. Possible areas of cooperation were discussed by exchanging experience, organizing the practice of Kyrgyz specialists and building partnerships with our country.
