On December 16, 2021, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Deputy Chairman of the Justice and Development Party, former Prime Minister of Turkey and Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Binali Yildirim.

The parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as the creation of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Development (investment) Fund and the implementation of joint economic projects, on which an agreement was reached between Presidents Sadyr Japarov and Recep Erdogan during visit to Turkey in June and the 8th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in November this year.

For reference: Binali Yildirim was born in 1955. He is Turkish politician and statesman. In 2005-2015 he served as Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkish Republic . He was the Prime Minister of Turkish Republic in 2016-2018 and Head of the Turkish Parliament in 2018-2019.  Currently, he is a member of parliament from the province of Izmir, Deputy Chairman of the Justice and Development Party, Head of the Council of Aksakals of the Organization of Turkic States.
