On July 6, 2023, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Aibek Artykbaev received copies of Credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kyrgyz Republic (concurrently) Mr. Mohamed Ghassan Adnan Shaikho.

A.Artykbaev congratulated M.Shaikho on his appointment to a high position, wishing him success in the development of Kyrgyz-Bahraini relations and expressed the interest of the Kyrgyz Republic in mutually beneficial cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The parties discussed further steps to enhance interaction by strengthening political dialogue, organizing visits at various levels and expanding the legal framework, as well as creating the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation and the Business Council.

M.Shaikho expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and assured that he would make the necessary efforts to develop bilateral relations and promote mutually beneficial projects.
