On September 2, 5 and 6, 2019, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Austria together with representatives of the diaspora to Austria took part in the event “Long Nights of Interculturality”, organized by the International Cultural Diversity Organization. The aim of the project is to promote and propaganda differences between cultures, the promotion of the idea of equality of people, the support of multiculturalism and all forms of diversity as an enhancing factor of interaction in society. More than twenty five countries have joined the celebration of cultural diversity through music, food, art, traditional clothing, dance and discussion.  Kyrgyzstan also introduced the Komuz national instrument, emphasizing the importance of maintaining diversity, while at the same time showing how cultures constantly inspire and influence each other.
