On February 26, 2021 within the framework of a working visit to Lahore, Punjab province of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Erik Beishembiev had a  meeting with the management of  ” Lahore Apparel” and “Lahore Carpet”, engaged in the production of jeans and carpets.

During the meeting with the Pakistani side, the sides discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation and expansion of trade and economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan, an early visit to the Kyrgyz Republic to establish direct business contacts between Kyrgyz and Pakistani private enterprises.

After the meeting, Ambassador E. Beishembiev visited the factories of the companies, where he got acquainted with the technologies and production capacities.
