On March 19, 2021, the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva D.Mukashev held an online meeting with the Regional Director for Europe of the World Health Organization (WHO) Dr. Kluge.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the upcoming visit of Dr.Kluge to Kyrgyzstan on March 24-26, 2021, at the invitation of the Kyrgyz side. In particular, they discussed such issues as the cooperation of Kyrgyzstan with WHO in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic; vaccination of the country's population against COVID-19; implementation in Kyrgyzstan of the European work plan for 2020-2025, which provides for cooperation in improving the mental health of people, introducing digital health care, and immunization; advancing the professional level of specialists in our country.

It was noted that these important for Kyrgyzstan issues will be discussed in details with the Kyrgyz side as well as donor-states during the visit of Dr.Kluge.
