During the visit, bilateral meetings were held between the head of the Korean delegation and the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov, as well as the Deputy Head of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic N.Azygaliev. The parties discussed current topical issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation. Special attention was paid to intensifying inter-parliamentary cooperation, in particular, the sides highly appreciated the results of the official visit of the Head of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic N.Shakiev to the Republic of Korea in February this year and noted the interest in further exchange visits at the level of the leadership of the parliaments of the two countries. Also during the visit, an intergovernmental agreement was signed on the project «Functional improvement of the Republican clinical infectious disease hospital» in the amount of 27 million USD.
