On September 9, 2022, in Berlin, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany Mr. Omurbek Tekebaev met with the  Head of Division "Central Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus and the Central Asia"  German Federal Chancellor Mr. Alexander Wallau.

During the meeting, opportunities for the development and strengthening of Kyrgyz-German relations in various fields, proposals for the exchange of visits were discussed, as well as an exchange of views on the current international situation.

Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Omurbek Tekebaev informed about the international initiatives of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of sustainable mountain development, as well as about the important results of the meeting held on July 21 this year in the city of Cholpon-Ata of the Fourth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia.
