November 21, 2022 in Berlin at the «School M.Lomonosov MITRA» the opening of the international Olympiad for schoolchildren “Lomonosov Days in Berlin 2022” took place, in which the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany O.Ch. Tekebaev delivered a welcoming speech
November 21, 2022 in Berlin at the «School M.Lomonosov MITRA» the opening of the international Olympiad for schoolchildren “Lomonosov Days in Berlin 2022” took place, in which the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany Mr. O.Tekebaev delivered a welcoming speech. The Olympiad will be held from 21 to 23 November 2022 with the participation of 70 schoolchildren from 9 countries (Germany, Latvia, Great Britain, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Spain, Estonia, Cyprus).
To participate in this school Olympiad, students from 5-9 grades of the Lomonosov School and the Gazprom School in Kyrgyzstan arrived from Kyrgyzstan, a total of 14 participants in Mathematics, Russian, German and English.
Ambassador Mr. O.Tekebaev in his speech noted that such events contribute not only to the development of knowledge of the younger generation, the formation of their personality and increase their creative potential, but also to the strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding between the countries. The Ambassador wished all the participants of the Olympiad great success.
As part of participation in the Olympiad, there will be a signing of the Cooperation Agreement by the “School named after. M. Lomonosov” in Berlin and the Lomonosov School in Bishkek.
For reference: “International School named after. M. Lomonosov" in Berlin was opened in 2006 by the society of Russian-speaking parents and teachers in Berlin MITRA. It has 580 students and 100 teachers. Bilingual school (German-Russian), officially recognized by the Senate of Berlin school with a gymnasium level. Mathematics, science, history and music are taught in two languages.
