On May 20-21, 2023, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Federal Republic of Germany took part in the Art Festival "Berlin-Bishkek" in Berlin, held on the theme of migration with the participation of young artists and sculptors from Kyrgyzstan with the support of the Foundation Rosa Luxembourg and other German organizations and foundations.

As part of the Art Festival on May 20, the Embassy took part in the third International Women's Forum, held annually by the Society of Kyrgyzstanis "B.I.Z" (Education. Initiative. Cooperation) in Germany. The forum participants were able to discuss the role and place of women in society and in the field of migration. On the same day, in the evening, the Embassy hosted another meeting of the Kyrgyz in Germany with the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany Mr. Omurbek Tekebaev, during which the meeting participants were able to exchange views on the stay of the Kyrgyz in Germany, as well as on the implementation of various projects with the participation of representatives of the Kyrgyz diaspora in Kyrgyzstan.

On May 21, Ambassador Mr. O.Tekebaev visited an exhibition of books in the Kyrgyz and Kazakh languages, organized by the Society of Kyrgyzstanis "B.I.Z" and the Society of Kazakhstanis "Miras" in Germany as part of the above-mentioned art festival. Books were exhibited in Kyrgyz, Kazakh and German on various topics, including children's books and books on parenting. In his speech, the Ambassador noted the importance of implementing such projects in order to popularize the Kyrgyz culture and the Kyrgyz language on German soil.
