On June 30, 2021, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the USA Bakyt Amanbaev met with compatriots working in the U.S. education system.

The event was attended by Saltanat Libert - Associate professor of Virginia Commonwealth University, Temirlan Moldogaziev - Associate Professor of Public Policy in Penn State University, Ruslan Monolbaev - Business Development Manager in the Eurasia Foundation, Akylai Baimatova - American Heritage High School teacher, Ulan Dakeev - NCCER Instructor, Fred Pirkle Engineering Technology Center, Sam Houston State University, Kairat Sabyrov - data scientist in a startup company in Silicon Valley, Mirlanbek Nurmatov - Chicago branch director of the Harvestrolley and translator.

During the meeting, organized by the Embassy, ​​participants discussed the ways and methods of activation of Kyrgyz-American cooperation in education sphere, as well as to increase the number of Kyrgyz students in American colleges and universities.

At the end of the event, the participants decided to organize a special video lecture for Kyrgyz students wishing to study in the USA on how to enroll and study at American universities and colleges. There are also plans to conduct online courses for students of some universities in Kyrgyzstan in IT sphere.

Additional information: The above events will be organized by the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the United States in the near future. We invite all interested students from Kyrgyzstan to take part in a free online lecture. Additional information about that the date and place will be provided in the coming days. It should be noted that the lectures will be conducted by experienced Kyrgyz compatriots living and working in the United States.
