On February 27, 2020, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine and part-time in the Republic of Bulgaria
Zh. Sharipov met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria in Ukraine K. Kodzhabashev.

Ambassador Zh. Sharipov informed about his working trips in December last year and January this year to Bulgaria to present his credentials to the President of Bulgaria R. Radev and to participate in the annual gala reception on behalf of the President of Bulgaria for the heads of diplomatic missions.

During the bilateral conversation, issues of enhancing bilateral and multilateral cooperation were discussed: holding inter-MFA consultations, organizing presentations on the investment and tourism potential of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Bulgarian business community, opening the Honorary Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bulgaria, interacting on consular and legal issues, accrediting the Ambassador of Bulgaria in Kazakhstan part-time in Kyrgyzstan.

The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere.
