In the absence of polling station No. 9022 in Kyiv in the voter lists, a citizen must arrive at the Embassy with documents proving his identity - a general civil (foreign) passport or a passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (internal passport ID-card), pass identity identification and fill out an application in form-2. After that, the information is sent to the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic to include the citizen in the voter lists of polling station No. 9022 in Kyiv.

Applications in form-2 to the precinct election commission are accepted until September 20, 2020.
