The heads of the foreign ministries of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Bulgaria exchanged congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries

On May 20, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria Teodora Genchovska exchanged congratulatory letters on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries.

Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Kulubaev states as follows:

“I convey my warm congratulations on the occasion of a significant date in the history of Kyrgyz-Bulgarian relations – the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations.

Over the past years of cooperation, we have been able to lay a solid foundation for building a political dialogue between the countries and further strengthening mutually beneficial trade, economic and cultural cooperation.

Kyrgyzstan and Bulgaria, undoubtedly, have a great but not yet fully realized potential for cooperation, which needs to be brought to a new level through both Ministries’ joint efforts”.

The congratulatory letter from Minister Genchovska states as follows:

“I convey my most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kyrgyz Republic.

I am sure that the dialogue between our ministries will continue to develop and contribute to the fruitful cooperation of Bulgarian-Kyrgyz relations and the prosperity of our two peoples”.
