On April 10, 2024, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine got acquainted with the activities of the National Children's Specialized Hospital "OKHMATDET" in Kiev. Representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Ukraine also took part in the event.

Presentation of the activities of hospital departments and statistical data indicate significant successes of OKHMATDET in such areas as pediatric ophthalmology, pediatric orthopedics, pediatric neurosurgery, pediatric oncohematology, bone marrow transplantation, neonatal surgery, maxillofacial surgery, immunohistology, cryobank and radiation diagnostics.

As a result, an agreement was reached on possible cooperation in the field of advanced training and exchange of experience by organizing online events at the current stage.
