Early elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic were scheduled for January 10, 2021 by the Decree of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic dated October 24, 2020 No. 263.
A preliminary voter list will be posted on the state portal www.tizme.gov.kg, where voters will be able to clarify information about themselves. Also, a preliminary list of voters will be posted at the respective polling stations.
If any error or inaccuracy is found, as well as the absence in the voter list, the voter has the right to apply until December 29, 2020 (inclusive) to the relevant precinct election commission with an application of the established form (form No. 1) with a copy of the passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic attached to it ( and for persons residing or being outside the Kyrgyz Republic - a copy of the passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, and in its absence - a copy of a civil passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, service or diplomatic passport), while the voter undergoes biometric identification.
