On December 4, 2020, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic made a decision to resume the admission to the country of citizens of foreign states and stateless persons arriving in the country through checkpoints at the international airports "Manas", "Osh", "Issyk-Kul".

Thus, from December 4, 2020, foreign citizens and stateless persons can arrive in the Kyrgyz Republic by regular flights.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminds that in accordance with the algorithms to prevent the import and spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19, citizens of foreign countries and stateless persons are allowed on board an aircraft traveling to the Kyrgyz Republic, upon presentation of negative results of a PCR study conducted over the past 72 hours (3 days).

Upon arrival, the staff of the sanitary and quarantine points will check the availability of a PCR test and thermometry for passengers on board.

In case of expiration of the PCR test (72 hours) due to objective reasons related to the duration of the flight or flight delay, foreign citizens and stateless persons are required to undergo a PCR test at the place of arrival.
