Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in Austria Mr. Bakyt Dzhusupov congratulated the Honorary Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Federal Land of Austria - Carinthia, Christine Muttonen on the appointment and expressed his wish for the development of bilateral relations and the confidence that by joint efforts the parties will bring cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Austria to a new level in all priority and mutually beneficial areas.

Taking into account the advanced experience of Austria in the field of education, culture, and ecology - these areas are marked by important landmarks in the activities of the Honorary Consul in promoting contacts for cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic.

In turn, Christine Muttonen spoke about her plans of work as an Honorary Consul, in particular, to strengthen trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian ties between countries, and to promote the tourism potential of Kyrgyzstan, as well as to protect the rights and interests of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic living in the Federal Land of Austria – Сarinthia.
