The list of countries whose citizens, in accordance with the decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic can obtain visas to the Kyrgyz Republic in a simplified manner

The list of countries whose citizens, in accordance with the decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 87 of 07.02.2009, No. 125 of 12.07.2010. and No. 405 of 25.07.2011, may obtain visas of the Kyrgyz Republic in a simplified procedure:

The list of countries in respect of which citizens, holders of all categories of passports, operates a visa-free regime in the Kyrgyz Republic

1) Within the framework of the Agreement of the CIS countries of 1992 "On visa-free travel of citizens of CIS countries in CIS countries":

2) Within the framework of the Agreement of the EurAsEC Member States of 2000:

3) Within the framework of bilateral agreements between the former USSR and these countries:

1. Vietnam

2. DPRK

3. Cuba

4) Within the framework of the bilateral agreement between the KR and these countries:

1. Malaysia (up to 30 days)

2. Turkey (up to 30 days)

3. Ukraine (up to 90 days)

4. Uzbekistan (up to 60 days)

5. Mongolia (up to 90 days)

In accordance with the decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 735 of December 31, 1999, and No. 262 of 04.06.2001. for citizens of Japan there is a visa-free regime for entering the Kyrgyz Republic unilaterally for an unlimited period.

In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the introduction of a visa-free regime for citizens of some countries for up to 60 days", citizens of the following countries are exempt from visa requirements for up to 60 days:

Asan visa

Foreigners and stateless persons can take advantage of 3 ways of issuing visas to the Republic of Azerbaijan. Citizens can obtain a visa through diplomatic representations and consulates of Azerbaijan or through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

Also, citizens of countries listed under the link https://evisa.gov.az/ru/countries can receive an electronic visa through the "ASAN Viza" system.The electronic visa application procedure issued through the “ASAN Visa” system is realized by the State Agency for Public Service and Sosial Innovation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The electronic visa issued within 3 working days through “ASAN Visa” system determines the duration of stay in the country up to 30 days and the state fee is 20 USD.

Despite of non-working days and holidays, urgent visa issuing opportunity within 3 hours through “ASAN Visa” system had been created. İn this regard, getting detailed information by visiting www.evisa.gov.az foreigners and stateless persons may apply for the electronic visa.

In the cases stipulated in the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Presidential acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan and intergovernmental and interstate Agreements of the Republic of Azerbaijan visa issuance to foreigners and stateless persons is carried out in the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the “ASAN Visa” System electronically since May 15, 2018.

Implementation of the visa issuance in the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the “ASAN Visa” System, as well as payment of visa related payments via the “ASAN Payment” System is provided by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
