On July 28, 2022, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Kairat Osmonaliev made a working visit to the city of Ganja, where he met with the Chief Executive of the city Niyazi Bayramov. The meeting was also attended by Musa Guliyev, Head of the working group on inter-parliamentary relations Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan.

The parties discussed the prospects for establishing sister city relations between the cities of Osh and Ganja.

Ambassador K. Osmonaliev also met with the Rector of the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University Ibrahim Jafarov.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the prospects for relations in the field of education between the universities of the two countries, in particular, the allocation of free quota places for the education of Kyrgyz students at the Agrarian University of Azerbaijan.
