The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar is amongst the participants of the 8th International Agricultural Exhibition (AgriteQ-2021), which is taking place these days in Doha (March 23-27, 2021) under the patronage of H.E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the State of Qatar.

The booth of the Embassy is represented by the samples of domestic products (various sorts of honey, dried fruits and nuts), as well as information materials about Kyrgyz companies specializing in the export of honey, dried fruits, meat and drinking water. At the opening of the exhibition, the Kyrgyz booth was visited by H.E. Mr. Abdulla bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, Minister of Municipality and Environment of the State of Qatar, Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Subae, heads of diplomatic missions, as well as representatives of the public and private sectors, etc. Several meetings with Qatari companies working in the field of food products distribution held at the course of the exhibition.

The annually held exhibition "AGRITEQ" has been at the forefront in providing a full-fledged platform to explore a wide range of agricultural and environmental technologies. The exhibition hosts various conferences on innovations in the agricultural and environmental sector, as well as presentations and negotiations of potential partners. Due to the epidemiological situation, this year these events are carried out through video conferencing.
