On June 24, 2019, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov has received Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Horr, the Director of the Diplomatic Institute under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.

The sides discussed the issues of development of cooperation between the diplomatic academies of the two countries within the framework of the Memorandum signed in Doha on Feb. 28, 2018. In particular, agreements were reached on the exchange of experience between the faculty and a round table on theme "The state and prospects of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Qatar", dedicated to the 21st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the State of Qatar, which will be held in Bishkek this year.

Attention was paid to the importance of strengthening the research and educational potential of the Diplomatic Academy MFA of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Aidarbekov thanked the director for his assistance in strengthening the technical base of the Diplomatic Academy of Kyrgyzstan.
